What engines can I get with the Wrangler?
There are five available engine options for the Jeep Wrangler, and all of them are both powerful and fuel-efficient. With the base engine, you get a 3.6-liter V6 that pumps out a spectacular 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque which gets either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. From here, there are several options available, with the first being a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that has 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque that pairs exclusively with the eight-speed automatic. The other option is a diesel option, a turbocharged and diesel-powered 3.0-liter V6 with 260 horsepower and an unbelievable 442 lb-ft of torque. Other options are for the four-door version of the Wrangler, with one being a 6.4-liter V8 that gets you 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Last but defiantly not least is the plug-in hybrid known as the 4xe, which takes a turbocharged four-cylinder and adds several hybrid elements to create 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.

There is even a sub-trim to the Rubicon called the Rubicon 392, which gets you even more off-road goodies such as high-performance electronic brakes, a 2-inch suspension lift, and Fox shock absorbers.
